I just wonder if he made it clear to the non-American punter that he needs to immediately drop on the ball if there is the slightest problem. Harbaugh used the final timeout,but what did he tell his punter? That's the million dollar question. If Harbaugh didn't counsel him about a bobbled ball, then Harbaugh deserves the blame. If he did make it clear,but the punter just didn't execute,then its simply a player failure.
